84-Year-Old South Korean Man Arrested For The Sexual Assault Of An 11-Year-Old After Consuming Viagra

An 84-year-old South Korean man has been arrested in Uijeongbu City for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl. He had run into her on the streets and taken a liking to her. He dragged her to his house and committed the crime.

On September 21, 2022, the Namyangju Police Station reported that he had been ruled by the court guilty of violating various children and minor protection acts as well as sexual assault and harassment. He was sentenced to 20 years in jail. The assault happened on April 27, 2022, with the court trial concluding on September 21.

It turns out that this is not his first crime. He had previously assaulted two female children in the past. The police noted that he had indeed been intentional in his assault, even consuming viagra beforehand. The police even called for stricter punishment given his lack of repent and regret. The assailant claims that he momentarily had a moment of depression and wanted to touch a female body as his wife was in the hospital.

On the other hand, the assailant’s lawyer defended him, claiming that he was unable to successfully rape the victim due to erectile dysfunction. He also defended his client based on signs of Alzheimer’s, asking for repeal. However, the police maintain that the assailant had dragged the victim into the master bedroom, stripped her of her clothes, and raped her multiple times, even after trips to the bathroom.

The victim is currently undergoing treatment while the police call for the court to maintain a strong stance against the assailant.
