ZEROBASEONE is one of the most successful rookie groups around, but they’re also just normal fanboys themselves!
Zhang Hao proved this when he saw some of his favorite artists on the KCON LA 2023 stage. Here, ZEROBASEONE was invited to perform alongside groups such as CRAVITY, (G)I-DLE, INI, ITZY, IVE, JO1, Kep1er, Lapillus, SHOWNU X HYUNGWON (from MONSTA X), NMIXX, Rain, Stray Kids, Taemin, Taeyong, THE BOYZ, WayV, xikers, EVERGLOW, and of course, ATEEZ.
It was the latter who ended up being one of the highlights of the younger group’s night. When they weren’t on stage, they were below it watching the other artists perform.
Zhang Hao was caught by fans particularly enjoying ATEEZ’s set. In fact, he even waved to them when they looked his way, just like a typical K-Pop fan would!

There were numerous other instances of Zhang Hao waving to ATEEZ like a fan—so much so that his own fans made a compilation of it!

The ZEROBASEONE center was also spotted looking at his seniors with a star-struck expression.
He danced and cheered loudly when they concluded their performance. It was easy to forget that he, too, was a K-Pop idol!
Besides Zhang Hao, fellow member Gyuvin also did not hide his fanboy tendencies.
He mouthed their lyrics by heart and made an audible gasp at the end of the song.

To cap off the interaction in the best way, Zhang Hao and Gyuvin were able to approach ATEEZ in person at the end of the show. Together, they greeted and shook hands with their favorite senior idols.

So while ZEROBASEONE can rock it out on stage…
