Each SEVENTEEN member has their own style. Some prefer to simply smile at the camera.

And although Mingyu gave a cute ending fairy pose for a performance of “Rock with you” on SBS‘s Inkigayo…

In a behind-the-scenes vlog recently uploaded to SEVENTEEN’s YouTube channel, Mingyu admitted the pressure he felt to try and find the right pose.
In an impromptu interview between Dino and Mingyu, Mingyu decided to share a TMI about the story behind his ending fairy.
The idol confesses that he usually prefers to simply stand still for ending fairies.
But because of the SBS Inkigayo staff’s encouragement, he feels pressured to do something unique.
Since they “trust that [he’ll] do something special.”
Mingyu, understandably, feels like that expectation gives him a lot of pressure.
Mingyu continues by saying that he “couldn’t ignore that pressure.”
But Dino makes sure to compliment Mingyu for his ending fairy.
And that while Mingyu has a lot of feelings about ending fairies, including pressure and embarrassment…
He admits that he’d be a bit disappointed if SBS Inkigayo did not choose him to be an ending fairy in a future comeback.
And so Mingyu confesses that he thinks he “should prepare something special” for the next time they have a comeback.
But he only puts more pressure on himself, saying that he should do something that isn’t “too over-the-top or embarrassing” and that it has to be “something the fans will like” and that he “can do naturally.”
But, of course, whatever Mingyu decides on, fans are certain to love it.
