In the latest episode of SEVENTEEN‘s online variety show GOING SEVENTEEN, the group participates in a variety of “training” sessions to prepare themselves for the episode’s ultimate task: a race to see who can push a car set in neutral the fastest.
For their mental training segment, the guys play a game called the “Nope Game.”
The format of the game is that one member will step forward, and the others will then make statements about him. Whether good or bad, every statement must be denied and refuted.
When it gets to Hoshi‘s turn, the members instantly begin undermining his tiger agenda, with Woozi forcing him to say he’ll stop saying his well-known “I tiger you” catchphrase.
Mingyu then gets him to confess that he is not, in fact, a tiger.
Their comments then drift to Hoshi’s solo activities. First, Seungkwan gets him to say that he won’t succeed as a solo artist.
Then Wonwoo brings up Hoshi’s solo song “Spider,” which was released in April of 2021.
When prompted, Hoshi has no choice but to say that “Spider” is a bad song, but he’s not the only one upset about it.
Woozi, who composed and wrote lyrics for the song, also finds himself catching strays!
DK reassures him, but it still doesn’t undo the damage of becoming an unintended casualty in the group’s making fun of Hoshi!
