At one point, he opened up about BTS’s success and why they were able to make it big. Sold out concerts, millions of album sales, countless awards and more were things that they would never have experienced if they did not have a good relationship with one another.

Not only are the members just like family in real life, they also have a sacrificial mindset that makes it possible to sustain long-term business relations at the same time.

One of the reasons why we are so successful is that each of the members concedes what he wants to do for the other members.

Jin stressed the importance of prioritizing the good of the majority before the desires of the minority. He implied that the “celebrity syndrome” is a real cause for concern, but BTS makes sure to avoid this due to the knowledge that it can disrupt their harmony.

It’s hard to maintain a team if there is a person who wants to do whatever he wants as he thinks he is successful.

— Jin

He reiterated that all of the seven members are careful not to do anything that would harm the others. Moreover, he is thankful that they are aligned with their goals since it makes the team’s plans in terms of music and promotions more feasible.

However, each one of us does not cross the line and concedes what he wants to do for the other members.

— Jin

Because they all put BTS before themselves, the members have survived countless hardships in the past and will continue to weather any storm together in the future.

I think that’s why we can maintain our team.
