Aespa Fans Delighed With The Groups Recent Live Vocals That Prove Their Phenomenal Skills

In the past, aespa (and, more accurately, SM Entertainment) has been criticized for the members seemingly more often than not performing lip syncing rather than singing live during performances. For a group like them, with their members having proven multiple times that they live up to the standard of SM vocals, it seems unfair to make the members lip sync when they can certainly sing well enough live to do so regularly.

Thankfully, it seems that the mics were on and aespa’s members were able to fully show their vocal prowess at the recent Lotte Family Concert on June 16!

The members looked and sounded incredible during their segment of the concert, and fans were happy to see the return of Giselle as well after she went on a brief hiatus to recover her health.

They performed five songs total — “Black Mamba”, “Thirsty”, “Illusion”, “Next Level”, and “Spicy” — showcasing just how wide their vocal range is even live.

Not to mention, the girls seemed to be enjoying themselves even more than usual, which fans think is due to them actually being allowed to sing rather than lip sync!
